GETTING STARTED

Charging the groomer

Ensure the unit is switched off.

Connect the charging adaptor to the unit and then to the mains. The charging indicator will light up.

Corded use

Connect the charging adaptor to the unit and then to the mains.

CAUTION: Extended mains only use will result in the reduction of the battery life.

HOW TO USE

Always comb your beard and hair fine comb before you start trimming.

1-5mm guide comb

The guide comb can be adjusted to give you different cutting lengths simply sliding the comb to the desired setting. Slide the comb up for longer length and down for shorter length.

Attaching and removing the 1-5mm / 3-6mm / 9-12 mm guide comb

With the trimmer blade facing away from you, slide the guide comb on top of the clipper blade and click into position.

With the trimmer blade facing away from you, carefully push the guide comb away from the trimmer blade.

Attaching and removing the head

To attach and remove the head, press the release button of the unit.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Turn the trimmer off.
Gently brush the remaining hairs away / rinse under running water from the guide comb and trimmer blade.
Only use the light-grade oil supplied or sewing machine oil on the blades.
Do not use harsh or corrosive cleaners on the unit or its blades.
Do not submerge in water as damage will occur. Only rinse the trimmer head under running water. Do not wash the whole unit as damage will occur.
Always store this appliance and cord in a moisture-free area. Do not store it in temperatures exceeding 60°C.
Do not wrap the cord of the charging adaptor around the appliance.
Press the button and release the head assembly from the shaver body.
Gently tap the shaver head on a flat surface to remove the hair particles,and clean with the cleaning brush supplied.
Rinse the trimmer head under running water.
Make sure the trimmer head dry and turn on the unit for use.
Never use the cleaning brush on the foils as damage may occur.
Close the shaving unit.
At regular intervals, put a drop of lubricant oil onto the shaving frame/head.
